Welcome to my website! I am a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and Business Consultant with over 25 years of advising clients on a whole range of financial matters.

I specialise in Interim Finance Director assignments, working closely with CEOs to help optimise the financial performance and strategic position of their businesses and ultimately help them achieve their financial goals.

As a Tax Adviser I have a well trained eye to spot the areas where tax breaks will be available, from R&D relief to Capital Allowances and many more.

Having worked abroad at various stages during my career I am ideally placed to  advice UK businesses expanding overseas; on areas such as how to structure the new venture, local sales taxes, transfer pricing, and the operation of the UK's vast network of Tax Treaties with foreign territories.
